03 - Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl. Gently fold in fresh blueberries using a spatula, taking care to distribute evenly without crushing the fruit.
04 - Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes to firm up slightly. This step makes rolling the bites much easier and prevents sticking.
05 - Lightly dampen your hands with water. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll between palms to form smooth, round balls. Repeat until all mixture is used, yielding 16 bites.
06 - If desired, roll each completed bite in shredded coconut, pressing gently to ensure even coating.
